Our villa is located in the brand new development of Pines West on the US 27. It is only 10-15 minutes to the front entrance of Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios, Wet & Wild and International Drive. The 192 with it’s variety of bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes from the villa.  Orlando International Airport is 35 minutes drive away and Sanford Airport is 45 minutes away. You could not ask to be in a better location to enjoy all that has made Orlando the World's No 1 holiday destination.

Local to the development are supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, take aways and bars, with the nearest Wal Mart being only 5 minutes away.

There are in excess of 15 quality golf courses within 15 miles of Pines West, with the two world class golf courses designed by Greg Norman only 5 minutes away at Champions Gate.

If you wish to travel further afield the villa is well placed with the Interstate 4 nearby, allowing you to travel to Daytona Beach(1,1/2hour), Busch Gardens & Gulf Coast Beaches (1 hour) and Kennedy Space Centre (1,1/2 hour).
