The villa is located in the Pines West development on the US 27, 10-15 minutes to the heart of Disney World and within easy reach of all other major theme parks and attractions. This is a wonderful location, being only 3 minutes to the Interstate 4 and all the major attractions and gulf coast beaches, and 5 minutes to the 192 with it’s variety of bars and restaurants.
The villa is located on a retention area and is not overlooked from the rear. It is extremely well equipped, spacious and furnished to the very highest standard. The south facing, extended deck area has a large 28x14 foot pool and is equipped with upgraded patio furniture. It also has a covered lanai providing a shaded area for ‘al fresco’ dining. This is perfect for long lazy days, sunbathing and relaxing by the pool, ideal for recharging your batteries for your next theme park visit!
All superior rooms are decorated to the very highest standards and have a bright and airy feel. For your comfort there is full air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in most rooms. All furnishings have been upgraded and individually chosen. There is 1 master (en-suite) bedroom, a further queen size bedroom located on the ground floor of the villa, 2 twin bedrooms and a bedroom with a double bunk futon, and a playstation 2 in this room. Most bedrooms have TV’s and DVD’s.
We have converted our garage into a fantastic games room with pool, football, air hockey tables and an electronic dartboard.
For the golfers, there are in excess of 15 quality golf courses within 15 miles of Pines West, with the two world class golf courses designed by Greg Norman only 5 minutes away at Champions Gate.
For the shoppers, there is a wide variety of outlets and malls close by including the Orlando Premium Factory Outlet, Florida Mall and Belz shopping malls. The new Mall at Millenia is definitely worth a visit.
This villa is perfect for families. There is plenty to keep the kids occupied whilst you relax by the pool.
